Philadelphia - Sunset at One Liberty Observation Deck

During our four day stay in Philadelphia, we visited the One Liberty Observation Deck on Sunday evening just before sunset. The observation deck is on the 57th floor and has 360 degree views of the city. Because it was a Sunday night, the observation deck was not too crowded, but there were a few Instragrammers doing their silly selfie poses on the columns and being photographed by their boyfriends with their iPhones.

As the sun was setting, photographing the nearby Comcast Center, Comcast Technology Center, BNY Mellon Building, and Two Liberty was fairly easy shooting through the glass (not very clean and definitely not free of finger prints). However as the sun approached the horizon the interior lights begin to reflect off the glass making photographs very difficult. We didn't stay until complete darkness so I cannot say if this is a problem or not after dark.

Thanks for stopping by today!
