August was a busy month and I had not had much time to get out with the cameras. This past Labor Day weekend I spent some time outdoors around the house taking photos.

Above is a black and white conversion using Nik Software's Silver Efex Pro II of a female house finch perched on the bird feeder. The photo was taken by hand with the Canon 7D Mark II and the Canon EF 100-400 F/4.5-5.6L IS USM lens.
