Spring Break - New York City #1
Spring has arrived in New York, however you cannot tell by the weather...it ha snowed twice in the last week. For Spring Break we headed south to the city for a few days to meetup with family and see a few sights.

The last image from the Cohoes waterfall series
While the previous image was a multi-exposure multi-image composition, the above image is a single medium length exposure image taken from the river bed. While I liked the colors and light in the HDR images of the long exposures, the wind was causing blurring in the trees. In the above images the trees are much share, while the water is still blurred.
The above image was taken with a Fuji X100s and a B&W ND 1.8 filter.

Cohoes waterfall HDR panorama
This image is multi-image multi-exposure HDR panorama of the Cohoes waterfall taken from the observation platform. The sun was just setting over the hills behind me and the light was mostly on the rock face and trees.
The photos were taken with the Fuji X100s and the HDR and panorama images were processed in Lightroom CC. A B&W ND 1.8 filter was also used.
